الملخص
تعتبر القضايا التحررية محور اهتمام المجتمع الدّولي نظرا لأنها تشكل قاعدة أساسية في حفظ السلم والأمن الدّولي من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بمفهوم سيادة الدّول. لقد سعت الدول التي عانت من الاستعمار أو الاحتلال ونالت استقلالها وحريتها و منها الجزائر التي كانت سباقة في ديبلوماسيتها الخارجية الى دعم تلك القضايا التحررية نظرا للقاسم المشترك في حجم المعاناة، وما يشكله الاستعمار من خلق معاناة الشعوب والتسبب لها في أضرار اقتصادية وسياسية واجتماعية تطال أفراد ذلك المجتمع. ونخص بالذكر هنا القضية الفلسطينية Liberal issues are the focus of attention of the international community because they constitute a essential basis for maintaining international peace and security on one hand, and on the other hand they are closely linked to the concept of state sovereignty ; The countries that suffered from colonialism or occupation and gained their independence and freedom, including Algeria, which was a pioneer in its foreign diplomacy, have sought to support these liberation issues due to the common denominator in the extent of suffering, and the fact that colonialism creates the suffering of people and causes them economic, political, and social damage that affects those individuals. the society. We specifically mention here the Palestinian issue.
