Digital Transformation And Its Impact On The Educational Service Quality At Algerian Universities: An Exploratory Study

Authors : Douifi Chafika . Gheribi Ahmed .

Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of digital transformation and its impact on the educational service in Algerian universities. It was divided into three axes, two of which are theoretical: in the first one, we addressed the basic concepts of digital transformation, and we covered, in the second axis, the fundamental concepts of quality service. In what concerns the third axis, we dealt with the applied side by designing a survey that addresses this issue. It was distributed to a soft sample of 500 Algerian university professors. We used the Spss program and several statistical methods to process the data, which included descriptive statistics measures (arithmetic mean, and standard deviation), in addition to regression variance analysis. Finally, we have concluded that digital transformation in Algerian universities affects the quality of the educational service and bears responsibility for the positive changes that occur by 66.1%; the rest is attributed to other variables outside the study.
