آليات التقويم الختامي، وحاجة المعلم والمتعلم إليها

الملخص
يعد التقويم الختامي خطوة أساسية، وفعلا تربويا مهما في مسار العملية التعليمية التعلمية؛ لأنه الحافز الأكبر لتحضير جيد، وأداء فعال، ولأنه المقياس الكاشف عن مدى تحقق الكفاءات المستهدفة من التعلمات والدروس. ولما كان كذلك عظمت عناية الباحثين بالتقويم الختامي، وتناولوا أهم قضاياه ومباحثه بالدراسة والبحث العميق. ومما لحظنا حاجته إلى مزيد عناية من مسائل هذا الموضوع: بيان أبرز آليات التقويم الختامي للمتعلمين، وكذا حاجة المعلمين أنفسهم إلى تقويم ختامي لمهاراتهم ومكتسباتهم العلمية والمعرفية. فتناولنا ذلك بالدراسة، وأثرينا البحث بمسائل مهمة، من أهمها مسألة الفرق بين التقييم والتقويم. The Summative Evaluation is an essential and important action along the teaching- learning process, because it represents the greatest stimulation for good preparation and effective performance. Also, it measures how much are achieved the competencies of learnings and lessons. This leads researchers to greater care of Summative Evaluation and they study deeply its most important issues and topics . In addition , we focused on both :the most important procedures of Summative Evaluation and the teachers need for scientific cognitive assessment as a response of what we noticed more attention hereby required . As a result , we study the above topic , we added more issues, among them the difference between assessment and evaluation was the most important.
