سوسيولوجية الهجرات وانبناء شبكات الرابط الاجتماعي

الملخص
كثرة الدلالات والمعاني التي صاغتها الكتابات الأكادمية حول موضوع الهجرة ضمن مقارباتها النظرية سواء كانت قراءة ميكروسوسيولوجيةMicrosociologiqueأوماكروسوسيولوجيةMacrosociologique،دفعتنا الى مراجعتها في سياقاتها الحالية عند الشباب الحراق والعابر للحدود في الجزائر. اتجاهنا النظري سوف ينصب على مقاربة التشكيل البنائي عند انتوني جدنزAnthony Giddens وبيار بورديوP. Bourdieu، علما أننا نرفض الرؤية الاحادية لفعل الهجرة، مادام انها تتشكل في سياق ثنائي التركيب عن طريق القواعد الموضوعة في البنية تجاه فعل الهجرة، وتقع ضمن جدلية الفجوة الموجودة بين البنية الاجتماعية وفعل الهجرة مستخدمين في ذلك قوة شبكات الرابط الاجتماعي في عملية الاعداد لها، لأن الاستطلاعات الميدانية الاوليةأرشدتنا الى النبش في المساحة المسبوقة للحرية التي تقدمها وسائل الاتصال التكنولوجي لهؤلاء الشباب في عملية الإعداد للهجرة باستعمال الشبكات الاجتماعية التي تنسج فعل الهجرة، ومن هنا جاء التساؤل التالي: كيف يتشكل فعل ممارسة الهجرة الحارقة للحدود عند الشباب الجزائري ضمن جدلية الفجوة الموجودة بينه وبين بنية شبكات الرابط الاجتماعي المسؤولة عن انبناء فعل الهجرة العابرة للحدود؟ مادامت لحظة فعل الهجرة هي بناء فردي وجماعي تعبر عن الدينامية العاطفية والاجتماعية، فسوف نسلك منهج الاستقصاء،نحاول فيه قراءة فعل الهجرة العابرة للحدود، مستعملين تقنية المقابلة الجماعية Focus de groupeوعينة كرة الثلج للولوج إلى فهم أشكال جديدة من الهجرة العابرة للحدود، والملاحظ أننا سوف لن نعتمد على الإحصائيات الرسمية التي قد تبعدنا عن الجانب الخفي من الظاهرة(كداح محمد،1987: 77-76) مادام هذا الشكل من الهجرة يعاقب عليه القانون، وهو محل متابعة من قبل الجهات الوصية( شرطة- درك وطني- حراس حدود...). Abstract : The many meanings and significations formulated by academic writings on the topic of migration within its theoretical methods, whether it is a reading in microsociology or in macrosociology, led us to review it in its current contexts of immigrant youth and who across the border of Algeria. Our theoretical approach will focus on the structural formation approach in writings of Anthony Giddens and P. Bourdieu. Knowing that we reject the unilateral vision of the act of migration, as long as it is formed in the context of dual synthesis through the rules stipulated in the structure towards the act of migration, and we find it in the dialectic of the gap between the social structure and the act of migration using the power of social networks in the process of preparing it, because the primary field surveys Which directed us to search in the freedom provided by communication technology for these young people in the process of preparing for migration using the social networks that weave the act of migration, hence the following question came: How is the act of the practice of immigration among Algerian youth formed within the dialectic of the gap that exists between them and the structure of social connection whish is responsible for construction of the act of across the border of migration? If we conceder the act of migration as an individual and collective construct that expresses the emotional and social dynamism. We will follow the survey method within the framework which we try to read the act of cross-border migration. We will take the survey method within the framework of a hypothetical-deductive format in which we try to read the act of cross-border migration, using the technique of collective interview, and it is noticeable that we will not rely on official statistics that may distance us from the hidden side of the phenomenon, as long as this form of migration is punishable by law.
