المقاولاتية الفلاحية كآلية تساهم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي بالجزائر -دراسة تحليلية-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهمية قطاع الفلاحة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي بالجزائر ، مع عرض أهم المبررات التي تدعو إلى ذلك، وهذا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض ما أتيح من الدراسات ذات الصلة عبر المسح المكتبي، وتحليلها وفق الحاجة من فحواها، لنصل إلى عدة نتائج منها رغم وجود موارد طبيعية وآليات دعم وتحفيز تقدم من الجهات الوصية للرفع من الكفاءة الفلاحية إلا ان النتائج المحققة دون المطلوب، الأمر الذي يستدعي عون اقتصادي ممثل في المقاولاتية الفلاحية تعتمد على مقاول فلاحي يحول الفرصة انطلاقا من الابتكار الفلاحي إلى مشروع مقاولاتي يحقق التنويع في المخرجات الفلاحية والصناعات الغذائية، ومن ثم التنويع في مصادر الدخل والأمن الغذائي. This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the agricultural sector in achieving food security in Algeria, in addition of exposing the most important motives leading to this, using the descriptive analytical method to present the relevant studies available through the available literature, and analyze them according to the need from their meaning, to get many results amongst: Despite the presence of natural resources, support and incentive mechanisms provided by the tutoring authorities to increase agricultural efficiency, the results achieved are below what is intended, which requires economic agent represented in agricultural entrepreneurship relaying on an agricultural entrepreneur that transforms the opportunity based on agricultural innovation into an entrepreneurial project that achieves diversification in agricultural outputs and food industries, and accordingly diversification in sources of income and food security.
