الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور التوظيف في اطار جهاز المساعدة على الادماج المهني في الحد من البطالة"، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على أحد الفروع التابعة للوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل بعين الدفلى، هذه الاخيرة التي تعمل على خلق مناصب عمل لإدماج البطالين في عالم التوظيف، من خلال ما يسمى بجهاز المساعدة على الادماج المهني، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي متمثلا في اسلوب الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، باستخدام العينة العشوائية ومعالجتها عبر برنامج SPSS ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن البطالة والظروف الاجتماعية تعتبر أهم دافع للتسجيل ضمن جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني، جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني هو الوجهة الأولى للبطالين نظرا لتوفره على مناصب عمل تتناسب ومؤهلاتهم العلمية، يوفر جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني مناصب عمل دائمة لاحقا، وانتهت الدراسة بخلاصة أن التوظيف في إطار جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج المهني يساهم في التقليل انتشار البطالة نظرا لمناصب العمل التي يوفرها. This study aimed to know the role of employment within the framework of the Vocational Integration Assistance System in reducing unemployment, by shedding light on one of the branches of the National Employment Agency in Ain Defla, the latter of which works to create job positions to integrate the unemployed into the world of employment, from During the so-called professional integration assistance device, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, represented by the questionnaire method, to collect data, using a random sample and processing it via the SPSS program. The study concluded that unemployment and social conditions are considered the most important motivation for registering within the Vocational Integration Assistance System. The Vocational Integration Assistance System is the first destination for the unemployed due to its availability of job positions commensurate with their academic qualifications. The Vocational Integration Assistance System provides permanent job positions later, and the study ended with a conclusion. Employment within the framework of the Vocational Integration Assistance System contributes to reducing the spread of unemployment due to the job positions it provides.
