الملخص

تعد تقنية الاستنساخ من أبرز التقنيات البيولوجية، فمنذ أن تم الإعلان عن استنساخ النعجة "دوللي" أثيرت ضجة في العالم حول هذه التقنية، ومنه يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن الانعكاسات الخطيرة لتقنية الاستنساخ وطرح أهم القضايا الاجتماعية الناتجة عنها، ولقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي النقدي حيث ساعدنا في الكشف عن أبعاد الاستنساخ وخلفياته. و توصلنا في ختام هذه الورقة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن تطبيق الاستنساخ على الإنسان قد يحدث تغييرا في القيم الإنسانية والإجتماعية،غير أنه يمكن توجيه هذه التقنية بتفعيل مبحث أخلاقيات البيولوجيا وعن طريق إصدار القوانين الردعية وتكاثف جهود علماء الدين والنفس والتربية. The cloning technique is one of the most prominent biological techniques. Since the announcement of the cloning of the sheep "Dolly", an uproar has been raised in the world about this technique, and this article aims to reveal the serious repercussions of the cloning technique and raise the most important social issues resulting from it, and we have relied in this study on The critical analytical approach helped us to reveal the dimensions and backgrounds of cloning. At the conclusion of this paper, we reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the application of cloning to humans may cause a change in human and social values, but this technique can be directed by activating the bioethics study and by issuing deterrent laws and intensifying the efforts of religious, psychological and educational scholars.
