الملخص
ملخص: في ظل التطورات و الثروة المعلوماتية التي تعرفها مجتمعات المعرفة خاصة في منظومة التربية و التعليم ، ظهرت أدوار جديدة للمعلم في التربية المعاصرة، ومنها دوره كمختص تكنولوجي. ولهذا ينبغي تكوين القائم بمهنة التعليم في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم، ليتمكن من القيام بهذا الدور الجديد بإتقان، فيمتلك المعرفة التكنولوجية التي يستخدمها في إحداث عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، ويساير بها التقدم المتسارع في تكنولوجيا التعليم، ويستفيد من الأساليب التعليمية الأخرى التي توفرها التكنولوجيات الحديثة. وأداء المعلم لهذه الأدوار الجديدة بجودة عالية هي المهمة التي يفترض أن يتولى القيام بها المشرفون التربويون الذين يتوجب عليهم الاهتمام بكل جديد في مجال تخصصهم، و العمل على نقل معارفهم وخبراتهم إلى القائمين بمهنة التعليم. وهدفنا في بحثنا هذا معرفة أهمية التكوين التكنولوجي للقائمين بمهنة التعليم أثناء الخدمة من طرف المشرفين التربويين، لتمكينهم من أداء أدوارهم كمختصين تكنولوجيين بالجودة المنشودة في ظل المجتمع المعلوماتي ، وما هي التأثيرات المباشرة لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مجال التعليم و المبرمج من طرف القائمين والمشرفين التربوين . الكلمات المفتاحية: الإشراف التربوي، تكوين المعلمين، مجتمع المعلومات، تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال. Abstract: In light of the developments and wealth of information experienced by knowledge societies, especially in the education system, new roles have emerged for the teacher in contemporary education, including his role as a technology specialist. Therefore, the teaching profession must be trained in the field of educational technology, so that he can carry out this new role with perfection, so that he possesses the technological knowledge that he uses to effect the teaching and learning processes, and with it keep pace with the rapid progress in educational technology, and benefit from other educational methods provided by modern technologies. The teacher’s performance of these new roles with high quality is the task that educational supervisors are supposed to undertake, who must pay attention to everything new in their field of specialization, and work to transfer their knowledge and experiences to those in charge of the teaching profession. Our goal in this research is to know the importance of technological training for those in the teaching profession during service by educational supervisors, to enable them to perform their roles as technological specialists with the desired quality in light of the information society, and what are the direct effects of the use of information technology in the field of education and programming by educational administrators and supervisors. .
