برمجيات التراث الشعبي بين التشريع والاستشراف

الملخص
إن التراث الشعبي قنن الحياة التقليدية منذ الأزل، وعمل على ارصاء القواعد الأساسية لبناء المجتمعات،كما ساهم في خوض غمار التشريع،وأرصى كواعب الماضي وفي الوقت نفسه نَفَس عن معطيات المستقبل بخوضه المغمور من الذر المنثور،فجاءت معادلاته الزمانية منبثقة من حوصلة الذواكر الجماعية،وصنعت تمثلاتها المختلفة للذوذ على الأفراد أولا ،ثم المجتمعات ثانيا،ونطّقت سلبيات وايجابيات السِنون.ومن هذا المنطلق سأحاول معالجة فكرة الاستشراف وتتبع خطى التراث الشعبي في تنميط أساليب الحياة وترتيبها،ثم تنظيم المجتمعات برؤى وتخطيطات بسيطة المبنى،عميقة المعنى،مع سوق النمذجة التراثية الشعبية Folklore has codified traditional life since time immemorial and has worked to lay down the basicrules for building societies. It has also contributed to delving into the realm oflegislation, settlingthe burdens of the past, and at the same time exposing itself to the data of the future by wadingsubmerged from the scattered atoms. Its temporal equations emerged from the gist of collectivememories and were created. Its various representations of pleasure affect individuals first, thensocieties second, and the negatives and positives of the Sunnah are expressed. From this standpoint, the present research work tries to address the idea or foresight and follow the footstepsof popular heritage in stereotyping and arranging ways of life, then organizing societies withvisions and plans that are simple in structure, deep in meaning with the popular heritage modeling market
