دور منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة اليونيسيف في حماية الأطفال ( أطفال غزة نموذجا )

الملخص
إن منظمة اليونيسيف منذ نشأتها في عام 1946،عملت و ما تزال تعمل جاهدة على حماية الأطفال في جميع أنحاء العالم ، في السلم والحرب، و لكن ورغم ما قدمته اليونيسيف للأطفال، إلا أن جهودها في حمايتهم تبقى غير كافية لعدة عوامل، أهمها استهداف الأطفال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، مما يجعل مهمتها في حمايتهم صعبة، ويجعل عملها وجهودها الفعالة تبقى غير كافية ما لم تتدعم بمساعدة الدول لها ،وتقديم العون لها ماديا و التزامها باحترام حقوق الطفل، سيما تطبيق اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لعام 1989، ويهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهداف وبرامج اليونيسيف في مجال حماية الطفل في مختلف المجالات الصحية والتعليمية، بالإضافة إلى دورها في حماية الطفل أثناء الحروب والطوارئ،ومدى نجاعة هاته الحماية وتفعيلها واقعيا،تحديدا على أطفال غزة منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023. Abstract: since its inception in 1946 unicef has work hard to protct children all over the world in peace and war but despite what unicef has provided children ,its efforts to protect them remain insufficient for several factors ,the most important of which is the tragetinc of children during amed conflicts,which makes its task of protecting them difficult ,which makes its work and effective effortsremain insufficient unless it is supported by the assistance of states ,and providing them whith financial assistance and their commitment to respect the rights of the child ,especially the application of the convention on the rights of the childin 1989the research aims to child light o, the goals and programs of unicef in the field of child protection in various health and educational field,in addition to role in child protection during wars ,emerengencies;specally; the; children of gazasince october7;2023 Keywords: armedconflicts; children rights;state cooperation; unicef
