الملخص
ملخص: تتناول هذه الورقة العلمية أثر مقاصد الشريعة في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى أفراد المجتمع، كما تأتي للتأكيد على اعتناء الشريعة الإسلامية بتحقيق الأمن في المجتمع، و ترجع أهمية البحث إلى غياب الوعي بالبعد المقاصدي للتكاليف الشرعية في فكر أفراد المجتمع ممّا نتج عنه الخلل الفكري لدى فئات منهم، وعدم استثمار وتفعيل مقاصد الشريعة في الخطاب الدعوي المعاصر، وفي محتوى المناهج الدينية والبرامج الدراسية في المراحل التعليمية، وخلصنا من خلال البحث إلى نتائج وتوصيات أهمها: التأكيد على حاجة أفراد المجتمع إلى الوعي بمقاصد التكاليف الشرعية حتى يجري منهج الوسطية في اعتقاداتهم وفكرهم، كذلك إن دور مقاصد الشريعة لا يقتصر على جانب الاجتهاد الفقهي فقط، بل الاتجاه المقاصدي له دور فعال في إصلاح وتوجيه السلوك الإنساني. الكلمات المفتاحية: مقاصد الشريعة؛ الأمن؛ الفكر؛ المجتمع. Abstract : This research deals with the impact and role of the purposes of sharia (Maqâsid) in achieving intellectual security among members of society. And it also aims to emphasize the concern of Islamic Sharia law in achieving security within society. The significance of this research can also be attributed to the lack of awareness of the conceptual dimension of Maqâsid costs in the thinking of individuals in society, which has resulted in a cognitive dysfunction, and non-enforcement of Maqâsid of Sharia in the Contemporary advocational discourse, and in the content of religious references and study programs, Through this research, we concluded some findings and recommendations, which the most important are: emphasize on the need for the Community members to be aware of the purposes of legitimacy so that the approach of moderation is implemented in the belief and thoughts of their accused and that the purposes of the Sharia are not limited to the aspect of jurisprudence only.
