الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الآليات القانونية التي كرسها المشرع الجزائري لتفعيل المقاولاتية النسائية وآليات دعمها والتي تساهم في تطوير الإقتصاد الوطني والدفع بعجلة التنمية،وكذلك تشخيص واقع المقاولاتية النسائية في الجزائر،والبحث عن متطلبات وآفاق نجاحها. اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلنا إلى أن نشاط المقاولاتية النسائية تساهم بشكل فعال في خلق الثروة وتوفير مناصب الشغل نتيجة لذلك حظيت بإهتمام كبير في الآونة الأخيرة من قبل الحكومة الجزائرية لاسيما في الجانب التشريعي ،غير أن المرأة المقاولة تواجه صعوبات عديدة تعيق نشاطها خاصة في مرحلة التأسيس والتي تتطلب ضرورة توفير آليات دعم ومرافقة فعالة بغرض تجاوز هذه العراقيل وتحقيق نمو مؤسساتها وضمان ديمومتها مثل حاضنات الأعمال . This study aims to explain the legal mechanisms that the Algerian legislator has devoted to activating women’s entrepreneurship and its support mechanisms which contribute to developing the national economy and advancing the wheel of development, as well as diagnosing the reality of women’s entrepreneurship in Algeria, and searching for the requirements and prospects for its success. In our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach. And we concluded that the activity of women entrepreneurship contributes effectively to the creation of wealth and the provision of job positions. However, the entrepreneurial woman faces many difficulties that hinder her activity especially in the establishment stage which requires the provision of effective support and accompaniment mechanisms in order to overcome these obstacles achieve the growth of her enterprise and ensure its sustainability, such as business incubators.
