الملخص
تسعى المرأة دائما الى ولوج عالم الاعمال، ويحفزها الى ذلك اكتسابها بعض المهارات والمعارف التي تؤهلها لممارستها أحد الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي لها فيها ميزة تنافسية. ويهدف البحث الى تشخيص اهم المشاكل التي تواجهها المرأة المقاولة، ومنها مشكل التمويل والمرافقة اللذان يعتبران العائقان الكبيران امام تكوين وتطوير مشاريع النساء المقاولات. وتوصل البحث الى ان المرأة المقاولة تحتاج الى مختلف أنواع الدعم المالي والمرافقة لتسهيل تجسيد افكارها وابداعاتها على شكل مشاريع اقتصادية، تستطيع بها مزاولة نشاط اقتصادي تلبي به حاجيات المجتمع حسب طبيعتها وتخصصها، لتحقيق الربح، والوصول الى تنمية مستدامة باحترام جميع الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. فعلى المؤسسة الإسلامية لتنمية القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات المسؤولة على الاقتصاد المحلي والعربي والإقليمي، ان يوفروا مختلف مصادر التمويل بزيادة عدد وأنواع المنتجات التي تتوافق مع خصوصياتها وخصوصيات مشاريعها، وتوفير مختلف وسائل الموافقة لتدريبها وتكوينها وتوجيها من اجل ولوج عالم الاعمال. Women always seek to enter the world of business, and they are motivated to do so by acquiring some skills and knowledge that qualify them to practice one of the economic activities in which they have a competitive advantage. The research aims to diagnose the most important problems faced by women entrepreneurs, including the problem of financing and accompaniment, which are considered the two major obstacles to the formation and development of women entrepreneurs’ projects. The research concluded that women entrepreneurs need various types of financial support and accompaniment to facilitate the embodiment of their ideas and creativity in the form of economic projects, through which they can engage in an economic activity that meets the needs of society according to their nature and specialization, to achieve profit, and reach sustainable development with respect for all economic, social and environmental aspects. The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector and the institutions responsible for the local, Arab and regional economy must provide various sources of financing by increasing the number and types of products that are compatible with their specificities and the specificities of their projects, and providing various means of approval for their training, formation and guidance in order to enter the world of business.
