الملخص
تهدف مختلف الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر إلى تعزيز الحكم الراشد في الدولة، ولهذا الغرض استحدث دستور 2020 المحكمة الدستورية من أجل تعزيز دولة القانون، وضمان حماية الحقوق والحريات العامة، وتحقيق التوازن بين السلطات الثلاث في الدولة، لهذا تم اختيار هذا الموضوع نظرا من أجل دراسة هذه الهيئة الجديدة، التي كلفت بممارسة الرقابة على دستورية القوانين وتم النص على استقلالية مختلف السلطات وحتى القضائية، وتم التوصل من خلال البحث إلى أن الضمانات الممنوحة للمحكمة الدستورية غير كافية من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المنتظرة منها، لذلك تم تقديم توصيات من شأنها المساهمة في تحسين عمل المحكمة الدستورية.
