الملخص

شهد العالم في الآونة الأخيرة عدة تغيرات متسارعة في شتى المجالات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية وكذا النفسية، مما أدى إلى زيادة المنافسة بين المنظمات والمؤسسات، وجعلها تسعى إلى مواكبة هذا التطور من خلال المورد البشري فهو العنصر الفعال في تحقيق أهداف المنظمات، لهذا تسعى إلى المحافظة عليه وتثمين جهوده وهذا لايتم الا من خلال تحقيق جودة حياة العمل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة محددات جودة حياة العمل لدى الأساتذة جامعين بجامعة البليدة 2 علي لونيسي , تم استخدام المنهج الاستكشافي وإجراء على عينة عشوائية و جمع البيانات من خلال إجراء مقابلات (10مقابلات بكلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية-5مقابلات بالعلوم الإقتصادية وعلوم التسيير)كانت العينة عشوائية ,خلصت الدراسة إلى أن محددات جودة حياة العمل من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعين تتمحور حول ظروف العمل – حوافز و الترقيات- الإتصال بين الأساتذة والإدارة –توفير سكن والنقل. Abstract : The world has recently witnessed several rapid changes in various economic, social, and psychological fields, which has led to increased competition between organizations and institutions, and has made them seek to keep pace with this development through the human resource, as it is the effective element in achieving the goals of organizations, which is why it seeks to preserve it and value its efforts. This can only be achieved by achieving quality of work life. This study aims to find out the determinants of the quality of work life among university professors at the University of Blida 2 Ali Lounissi. Exploratory approach and a random sample was conducted and data was collected through interviews (10 interviews at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences - 5 interviews at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences). The sample was random, it concluded. The study indicates that the determinants of the quality of work life from the point of view of university professors revolve around working conditions - incentives and promotions - communication between professors and administration - providing housing and transportation.
