الملخص
تتميز الجزائر بقربها جغرافيا من أوروبا وببنى تحتية وبمصادر متنوعة للطاقة المتجددة، وتسعى سلطاتها إلى وضع الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتطوير إنتاج الهيدروجين. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أهمية دمج الهيدروجين الأخضر في مزيج الطاقة. تمحورت الإشكالية حول كيفية الاستفادة من الهيدروجين الأخضر لتحقيق امنا طاقويا مستداما بالجزائر. توصلت أهم النتائج إلى قدرة الجزائر على ضمان أمنها الطاقوي باستغلال الهيدروجين وعلى تحقيق موارد مالية بتصديره، تقترح الدراسة إشراك القطاع الخاص في إنتاج الهيدروجين الأخضر وتوطين صناعة تجهيزاته وتكنولوجياته والتعاون مع الشركات الرائدة. Algeria is characterized by its geographical proximity to Europe, infrastructures and diverse sources of renewable energy, and its authorities develop a national strategy for the development of hydrogen production. This study aims to show the importance of integrating green hydrogen into the energy mix. The research problem revolved around how to benefit from green hydrogen to achieve sustainable energy security in Algeria. The most important results concluded that Algeria is able to ensure its sustainable energy security by exploiting hydrogen and to achieve financial resources by exporting it. The study proposes involving the private sector in hydrogen production, nationalizing the related equipment industry and technology and establishing partnerships with leading companies.
