الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الإشكالية المتمحورة حول كيفية مساهمة برنامج الانتقال الطاقوي الجزائري في تحقيق الأمن البيئي المستدام، وذلك من خلال التفصيل في متغيرات الدراسة لفهم العلاقة الترابطية بينهما، والوقوف على أهم الأسباب التي دفعت الحكومات والدول لتكيف سياساتها بما يكفل الانتقال من إنتاج واستهلاك الطاقات الأحفورية الناضبة والتوجه نحو طاقات نظيفة ومتجددة، ومن ثم تسليط الضوء على واقع برنامج الانتقال الطاقوي والأمن البيئي في الجزائر وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الطاقة النظيفة في تحقيق الأمن البيئي الذي يعد أحد أهم الرهانات التي تسعى جل الدول لتحقيقها. This study aims to answer the problem centered on how the Algerian energy transition program contributes to achieving sustainable environmental security, to understand the interrelationship between them, and to identify the most important reasons that prompted governments and countries to adapt their policies to ensure the transition from the production and consumption of fossil energies depleted and moving towards clean and renewable energies, Will be shed light on the reality of the energy transition program and environmental security in Algeria, in order to get to know the extent of the contribution of clean energy to achieving environmental security, which is one of the most important bets that most countries seek to achieve.
