تمكين الجرحى الفلسطينيين المعاقين حركيًا لتحسين نوعية حياتهم ودمجهم في المجتمع Empowering Mutilated And Injured Palestinians And Integrating Them Into Society To Improve Their Quality Of Life

الملخص
تمكين الجرحى الفلسطينيين المعاقين حركيًا لتحسين نوعية حياتهم ودمجهم في المجتمع ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة في التعرف على طبيعة البرامج الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتأهيلية في تمكين الجرحى الفلسطينيين المعاقين حركيًا لتحسين نوعية حياتهم ودمجهم في المجتمع. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة, وقام الباحثان بتصميم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات وتكونت من (52) عبارة وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (188) من الجرحى الفلسطينيين المعاقين حركيًا المسجلين في مؤسسة رعاية أسر الشهداء والجرحى في قطاع غزة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية :- أظهرت النتائج أن طبيعة البرامج الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتأهيلية في تمكين الجرحى الفلسطينيين المعاقين حركيًا, والتي تمثلت في الاتي:- - أن درجة التمكين الاجتماعي للجرحى المعاقين حركيًا جاءت متوسطة بوزن نسبي بلغ( 80.85%),والتمكين الاقتصادي بوزن نسبي(67.55% )،والتمكين التأهيلي بوزن نسبي (77.13% ). وكما أظهرت النتائج أيضًا أن هناك صعوبات تعيق تمكين الجرحى, وكانت درجتها منخفضة أهمها, تعقيد إجراءات المؤسسة عند فتح ملف للحالات بوزن نسبي (65.07 %), وقلة الوعى الثقافي لإفراد المجتمع اتجاه الجرحى المعاقين حركيًا بوزن نسبي بلغ( 51.77%). وتوصلت الدراسة الى أهم المقترحات العملية, وهي: - تسهيل الإجراءات الإدارية في تقديم الخدمات اللازمة للجرحى المعاقين حركيًا, جاءت درجتها مرتفعة, بوزن نسبي بلغ(92.31%). - زيادة تمكين برامج المؤسسة وتنوعها, بوزن نسبي بلغ (93.44%). - تمكين أفراد المجتمع على النظرة الإيجابية اتجاه الجرحى, بوزن نسبي بلغ( 90.25%). Empowering mutilated and injured Palestinians and integrating them into Society to improve their quality Of Life Study summary: The study aimed to identify the nature of social, economic and rehabilitation programs in empowering the physically disabled wounded Palestinians to improve their quality of life and integrate them into society. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the subject of the study, and the researcher designed the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information and it consisted of (52) sentences. and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (188) of the physically disabled Palestinian wounded registered in the Foundation for the Care of the Families of Martyrs and Wounded in the Gaza Strip. The study reached the following results: *The results showed that the nature of the social, economic and rehabilitation programs in empowering the physically disabled wounded Palestinians, which were as follows: - The social empowerment of the physically disabled wounded came with a relative weight of (80.85%) and economic empowerment with a relative weight of (67.55%), and rehabilitation empowerment with a relative weight (77.13 %). * The results also showed that there are difficulties hindering the empowerment of the wounded, the most important of it were, the complexity of the institution’s procedures when opening a case file with a relative weight of (65.07%), and the lack of cultural awareness of community members towards the physically disabled wounded with a relative weight of (51.77%). - The study reached the most important practical proposals, which are : _ Facilitating administrative procedures in providing the necessary services to the physically disabled wounded, with a relative weight of (92.31%). _ Increasing the empowerment and diversity of the institution's programs, with a relative weight of (93.44%). _ Empowering community members to have a positive view of the wounded with a relative weight of (90.25%)
