الملخص
ملخص : المنظور الإسلامي للدبلوماسية يجعل منها قواعد عالمية صالحة لكل زمان ومكان ، كما يدعوا بشكل صريح إلى مفهوم السلم العالمي وإلى التعاون والتكامل الدولي واحترام الحقوق والمعاهدات ، وباعتماده على فكرة الوسطية فهو يقدم بديلا و مشروعا حضاريا في المجال الدبلوماسي يتجاوز المقاربات الوضعية والتي فشلت في حل كثير من الصراعات والأزمات ، ولتوضيح ذلك استدلت الدراسة بأحداث السيرة النبوية وبعض الأمثلة من التاريخ الإسلامي والتفسيرات الفقهية للتعاليم الإسلامية ، ووجود عدد معتبر من الأدبيات الإسلامية القديمة والحديثة في مجال الدبلوماسية ، ومحاولة التأكيد على أخلقة العمل الدبلوماسي في الإسلام والذي يستند إلى قيم الأمانة والعدل وحماية الرسل والوفاء بالعهود وعدم الاعتداء ، وإدانة الخيانة والغدر وقتل الرسل . Abstract The Islamique perspective of diplomacy makes it universal rules valid for every time and place, as it explicitly calls for the concept of world peace, for international cooperation and integration, respect for rights and treaties, and by relying on the idea of moderation, it presents an alternative and a civilized project in the field of diplomacy that goes beyond positivist approaches that failed to solve many problems. Conflicts and crises, and to clarify this, the study inferred the events of the Prophet’s biography and some examples from Islamic history and jurisprudential interpretations of Islamic teachings, and the existence of a significant number of ancient and modern Islamic literature in the field of diplomacy, and an attempt to emphasize the ethics of diplomatic work in Islam, which is based on the values of trust, justice, protection of messengers and fulfillment of promises And non-aggression, and condemnation of treason, treachery and killing of messengers.
