الملخص
This research paper aims to highlight the significant developments brought about by executive and banking 09 - 23 laws in light of the transformations in the economic and financial reality, with a focus on encouraging investment. Islamic banking operations are considered a major innovation embraced by this law, along with efforts to strengthen supervision by establishing new regulatory bodies leading to a financial and banking governance. This will be clarified through the study at hand تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهم ما جاء به القانون النقدي والمصرفي 23-09 من مستجدات في ظل التحولات في الواقع الاقتصادي المالي والدفع نحو تشجيع الاستثمار، وتعتبر عمليات الصيرفة الإسلامية أهم حدث تبناه هذا القانون وكذا حاول تعزيز الرقابة باستحداث هيئات جديدة وصول إلى حوكمة مالية ومصرفية، وهذا ما سنوضحه من خلال هذه الدراسة.
