الطبقة العمالية نحو أي إتجاه ؟ قراءة سوسيولوجية للتقسيم العالمي للعمل

الملخص
لا نستطيع أن نتكلم عن مخطط إقتصادي دون أن نتكلم عن مورد بشري يجسد هذا المخطط و لا نستطيع أن نتكلم عن هذا المورد البشري دون أن نتكلم على طرق وتنظيم و التسيير الاستراتيجي لهذا المورد البشري ،أي هنالك مثلث مغلق لا نستطيع أن نستغني عن هاته العناصر الثلاثة ،وبالتنقيب في النظريات الكبرى والدراسات وجدنا ثلاثة أنماط من الدراسات :دراسة حول طرق تسيير المورد البشري وآلية توظيفهم واستقطابهم ،ودراسات حول فعاليّة الخطط و وفعاليّة المؤسسات ،ودراسات حول العمال نفسهم ومعوقاتهم الثقافيّة و الاجتماعية و النفسية لكن لم نجد في كل هاته الدراسات ما المراد من توجيه القوة العاملة العالمية إلى قطاعات غير منتجة دون قطاعات المنتجة ؟ We cannot talk about an economic plan without talking about a human resource that embodies this plan, and we cannot talk about this human resource without talking about the methods, organization, and strategic management of this human resource, and therefore there is a closed triangle that we cannot do without these elements. The three, and by exploring the major theories and studies, we found that there are three types of studies: a study on the methods of managing human resources and the mechanism of recruiting and attracting them, studies on the effectiveness of plans and the effectiveness of institutions, and studies on the workers themselves and their cultural, social, and psychological obstacles, but we did not find in all of these studies anything What is meant by directing the global workforce to unproductive sectors rather than productive sectors?
