الملخص
هذه الورقة البحثية عبارة عن رؤية تاريخية ارتأينا من خلالها إبراز دور ومساعي سلاطين بني مرين بالمغرب الأقصى في مساعدة العامة والمحتاجين خلال العصر الوسيط، وذلك بالنظر في أمورهم وانشغالاتهم والسعي للتخفيف منها، برفع الضرائب ودفع المفاسد عنهم، وتقديم لهم بعض الخدمات ذات الطابع النفعي كالصدقات ووقف الأوقاف لهم وبذل الزكاة لمستحقيها، وتبقى هذه المقالة مجرد محاولة أولى للنبش عن جهود بعض السلاطين المرنيين تجاه الفئات المنسية والمهمشة في المجتمع المغربي، على أن تعقبها محاولات أخرى من طرف بعض الباحثين حتى تكتمل جوانب الموضوع؛ This paper is a historic vision we decided which highlight the role and efforts of the Sultans built Marin Morocco Far in the face of the phenomenon of poverty during the Middle Ages, by considering the guardians and their concerns and seek to mitigate them, raising taxes and pay evil for them, and provide them with some of the services nature utilitarian Kalsedkat stop Endowments them and make zakat to those who deserve it, this article and the rest is just a first attempt to dig up all the efforts of some of the sultans Almrnien toward the forgotten and marginalized groups in the Moroccan Aljytma, to be followed by other attempts by some researchers to complete aspects of the subject.
