دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في مواجهة جائحة كورونا الجزائر انموذجا

الملخص
ملخص: شكلت جائحة كورونا التي شهدها العالم مؤخرا أزمة صحية فتكت بالبشرية و أثرت على الاقتصاديات الوطنية و المنظومات الصحية لأغلب الدول. مما جعلها عائقا واجه أغلب الدول في سبيل استمرار عجلة التنمية وتحقيق الرفاه الاقتصادي، كما بينت ضعف سياسات عدد من الدول في مجال الصحة و الكوارث و افلاس منظوماتها الصحية و التضامن الوطني. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على تساؤل رئيسي حول كيفية مساهمة المجتمع المدني في مواجهة الجائحة في الجزائر الدراسة، و هدفت إلى تبيان دور المجتمع المدني بكل مؤسساته في إطار المشاركة و المساهمة إلى جانب المؤسسات الحكومية في إدارة الازمة من الناحية المجتمعية ، و التعرف على الأدوار المنوطة به. لتتوصل إلى أهميته أساسا في حملات التوعية و التحسيس و العمل على تنفيذ برامج تضامنية لدعم العائلات الهشة و الفئات المجتمعية التي المتضررة جراء الإجراءات الاحترازية المتخذة. كلمات مفتاحية: مجتمع مدني، جائحة كورونا، الدور، الجزائر، التوعية و التحسيس Abstract : The recent coronavirus pandemic has been a health crisis that has killed humanity and affected most countries' national economies and health systems. This has made it an obstacle for most countries to sustain development and achieve economic well-being. It has also demonstrated the weakness of a number of countries' health and disaster policies, the bankruptcy of their health systems and national solidarity. The study relied on a key question on how civil society could contribute to the response to the pandemic in Algeria. . The study was aimed at demonstrating the role of civil society in all its institutions in participating and contributing to government institutions in managing the crisis socially and identifying the roles entrusted to them. To achieve its importance mainly in awareness-raising campaigns, sensitization and action to implement solidarity programmes to support vulnerable families and community groups affected by precautionary measures.
