Abstract

The advantages of using information and communications technology to enhance and support scientific research have become clear and confirmed in the current era, It works to motivate research professors and doctoral students, and information and communications technology, especially the Internet, e-mail, and various digital applications, are important means of facilitating and accelerating scientific exchange between researchers, and an essential foundation for developing research processes in universities. Through this study, we seek to know the behaviors of professors and researchers at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Constantine 3, in dealing with modern digital technologies, and to identify ways of using and benefiting from information and communication technology in their research activities, and based on a questionnaire we concluded that technology contributes to the development of applied research. And educational, and participate in the dissemination of scientific culture, technology and innovation in cooperation with the social and economic sectors, It also contributes to strengthening cooperation between university research, industrial research and all productive sectors.
