الملخص
ملخص: هذه الدراسة تعالج موضوع حماية التراث بنوعيه المادي واللامادي، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة يتم التعرف على الإطار النظري للتراث دون اسقاطها على أي نموذج لان الدراسة تهدف الى شرح أساليب حماية التراث من الناحية الإدارية، القانونية، التقنية للحفاظ على هذا الموروث الشعبي من السرقة والإهمال والاندثار خاصة وانه جزء هام في القطاع السياحي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى انه يجب الحفاظ على التراث سواء المادي او غير المادي عن طريق نشر ثقافة الاهتمام والوعي بحماية التراث والتعرف على مختلف الطرق التي تساهم في العناية به والحفاظ عليه من كل اشكال السطو والإهمال والعمليات اللاأخلاقية. Abstract: This study aims to identify haw to protect tangible and intangible heritage. The theoretical framework of heritage is identified without projecting it onto any model because the study aims explain the methods of protecting heritage from the administrative, legal and technical aspects to preserve it from thefts neglect and extinction especially because of it is important part of the tourism sector. The study concluded that heritage must be preserved by spreading a culture of interest and awareness in protecting heritage and identifying various methods that contribute to caring for it and preserving it from all forms of theft, neglect, and immoral operations.
