The Elections Management Through Independent Bodies: The Experience Of The Independent National Authority In The Legislative Elections Of 2021

Abstract
This study aims at knowing the nature of the legal and constitutional frame of the work of the Independent National Authority of Elections INAE and its role in the management of the legislative elections of 2021. Findings show that the emergence of this body is a new phase in the management of the electoral process. Besides, its existence directly contributes to the neutrality, honesty, and transparency of the elections. Finally, the study recommends enlarging its prerogatives to cover the phase of the division of the constituencies based on the bank of information that must be available for it. Moreover, a program of training and awareness must be set to raise awareness and exchange experiences between INAE and other countries in the same field.
