الملخص
كتاب منار أصول الفتوى للشيخ إبراهيم اللقاني فريد في طريق تأليفه لذلك اشتدّت الحاجة إلى فحصه من جوانب عديدة أهمها المنهج الأصولي الذي انتهجه المصنف، ذلك أنّ المتصفح للكتاب يقف أمام إشكال مفاده: ما المعالم الكبرى لمنهج الشيخ في مؤلّفه هذا؟ ومن ثَمَّ سعت هذه الدراسة إلى استنباط المنهج الأصولي للقاني وتجليته وتقريبه، وفق المنهج التحليلي، وفي بعض الجزئيات وفق المنهج الوصفي. ومن أهم نتائج البحث أنّه يمكن أن يُعتبر هذا العمل طريقة مبتَكرة في التأليف الأصولي في القرن الحادي عشر؛ لجمعه بين أصول الفقه وأصول الفتوى وطبّق ذلك على مسألتين فقهيّتين. The book Manar Usul al-Fatwa by Ibrahim al-Laqani is unique in the way of its authorship, so the need to examine it from many aspects, the most important of which is the fundamentalist approach adopted by the workbook, as the browser of the book stands in front of a problem: What are the major features of the Sheikh's approach in this book? Hence, this study sought to derive the fundamentalist approach to Al-laqani, according to the analytical approach, and descriptive approach. One of the most important results of the research is that this work can be considered an innovative way in the fundamentalist authorship in the eleventh century; For combining the principles of jurisprudence and the principles of fatwa, and this was applied to two jurisprudential issues.
