إحترام خصوصية الأفراد والمجتمع في القنوات الإخبارية الخاصة، دراسة ميدانية للقنوات الإخبارية الجزائرية الخاصة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الجمهور الجزائري نحو الأداء الإعلامي للقنوات الجزائرية الإخبارية الخاصة من خلال الكشف عن مدى احترامها لخصوصيات الأفراد والمجتمع. وتم اعتماد بعدين أساسيين في الدراسة، الأول يخص احترام خصوصيات الأفراد والبعد الثاني يركز على مدى احترام خصوصيات المجتمع. وتم تقسيم كل بعد لمجموعة من المؤشرات التي يمكن من خلالها قياس مدى التزام القنوات بتلك المؤشرات. وأهم نتائج الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثين يعتقدون أن القنوات الإخبارية الخاصة تنتهك خصوصيات الأفراد وتستغل مآسي المواطنين. وتبين أن غالبية أفراد الدراسة يعتبرون أن تلك القنوات تسلط الضوء على الفئات الاجتماعية المهمشة ما يساهم في إيجاد حلول لمشاكلهم. كما أن غالبية العينة تعتقد أن هناك بعض البرامج تتعارض مع تقاليد وعادات المجتمع، وأيد غالبية أفراد الدراسة جود بعض المضامين التي تمس بالحياء وتنتهك القيم والأخلاق السائدة في المجتمع. Abstract: This study aims to know the attitudes of the Algerian public towards the media performance of private Algerian news channels by revealing the extent of their respect for the privacy of individuals and society. Two basic dimensions were adopted in the study, the first related to respecting the privacy of individuals and the second dimension focusing on the extent of respect for the privacy of society. Each dimension was divided into a group of indicators through which the channels’ commitment to those indicators can be measured. The most important results of the study are that the majority of respondents believe that private news channels violate individuals’ privacy and exploit citizens’ tragedies. It was found that the majority of the study’s members believe that these channels shed light on marginalized social groups, which contributes to finding solutions to their problems. The majority of the sample also believes that there are some programs that conflict with the traditions and customs of society, and the majority of the study members supported the presence of some content that affects modesty and violates the prevailing values and morals in society.
