الجهات المنطقيّة واستثمارها في الخطاب الأصولي

الملخص
: تعامل علماء الأصول مع الجهات المنطقية The logical modalities تعاملا خاصا يستجيب لحاجاتهم المنهجية ولمقتضيات تخصصهم العلمي، وحرصا منهم على تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من علم أصول الفقه. وهذه المعطيات هي ذاتها التي حذت بعلماء أصول الفقه إلى ابتداه منطق خاص بهم سمي بعد ذلك (المنطق الأصولي) ووضعوا له جهات منطقية خاصة به اختلفت عن الجهات المنطقية المعروفة عند المناطقة الأرسطيين والفلاسفة اليونان وكذا الجهات المنطقية لعلم النحو وغيره من العلوم. يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على الجهود التي بذلها الأصوليون في تتبعهم لدلالة الألفاظ في النصوص الشرعية؛ سعيا لتقفي أثر الحكم الشرعي، ومن بين معالم هذه الجهود تقف الجهات المنطقية شاهدا علي العمق المنهجي والوعي التام بالمسؤولية الحضارية التي حملوها على أعتاقهم. The scholars of Usul al-Fiqh dealt with The logical modalities in a special manner that responds to their methodological needs and the requirements of their scientific specialization, and they are keen to achieve the desired goals of the science of Usul al-Fiqh. These data are the same that prompted the scholars of the Usul al-Fiqh of jurisprudence to initiate a logic of their own, which was called after that (the Usul al-Fiqh logic), and they established for it logical aspects of its own that differed from the logical aspects known to the Aristotelian logicians and Greek philosophers, as well as the logical aspects of grammar and other sciences. This article aims to shed light on the efforts made by Usul al-Fiqh in tracking the meaning of words in the legal texts. In an effort to trace the impact of the Sharia ruling, and among the features of these efforts, the logical authorities stand witness to the methodological depth and full awareness of the civilized responsibility that they shouldered.
