الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: تعد اللغة جزءا لا يتجزأ من مكونات الشخصية العربية، فهي تحقق التخاطب اليومي بين الأفراد ،والجماعات وتساعد على مد الروابط الإنسانية وتحقيق شبكة اجتماعية متعاونة كما أنها تشترك في مصير إنساني واحد. فهي لبنة أساسية في بناء الحضارات، ووسيلة ضرورية للتعبير والتطور بين البشر، وهي أداة نقل وتسجيل للحياة والأفكار، وتمتلك من عناصر القوة والثبات والاستعداد للتطور ما تواجه به كل التحديات والصعوبات المحدقة بالحضارة العربية الإسلامية. اللغة العربية ليست بدعا بين اللغات، إنما يسري عليها ما يسري على سواها من النظريات والقوانين، فهي لغة علم إذا أوتيت عقلا عربيا يؤمن بالعلم ويسعى إليه، وتكون لغة بعيدة عن العلم مادام العقل العربي راضيا مسترخيا مكتفيا بقدرتها على استهلاك ما يبتكره الآخرون، فالعقم إذا ليس في اللغة العربية إنما هو في العقل العربي، فمتى حفزناه بات عقلا عالما منتجا غير مستهلك فحسب، وكل لغة عربية علمية ناشطة تلبي حاجاته في شتى حقول العلوم والمعارف، وتحفيزه هذا لن يكون إلا عن طريق اللغة. يعتقد علماء اللغة والاجتماع أن البحث في اللغة هو بحث في الإنسان نفسه، وهذا دليل على أهمية اللغة ودورها في تنمية المجتمعات البشرية. إذ كلما قربت اللغة تتمكن من دعم الحضارة وكلما اتسعت حضارة الأمة، وكثرت حاجاتها ومرافق حياتها، ورقي تفكيرها، وتهذيب اتجاهاتها النفسية نهضت لغتها. لهذا كله من الضروري الحفاظ على سلامة اللغة العربية، وتنميتها لتستوعب المستجدات وتمهد لتوطيد أركان الحضارة. Abstract Language is an integral component of the Arab personality, enabling daily communication between individuals and groups, helping to extend human ties and create a cooperative social network, and sharing a common human destiny. It is a basic element in the building of civilizations, a necessary means of expression and development among human beings, a tool for transmitting and recording life and ideas, and possesses the elements of strength, stability and developmental readiness to face all the challenges and difficulties facing Arab-Islamic civilization. The Arabic language is not just one language among languages, but it is subject to the same theories and laws as the others. It is a language of science if it is endowed with an Arab spirit which believes in science and strives towards it. It becomes a language distant from science as long as the Arab mind is satisfied with its capacity to consume what others have invented. Infertility is therefore not in the Arabic language but in the Arab mind. When we stimulate it, it becomes a productive scientific mind rather than just a consumer. Each scientific Arabic language is active and meets its needs in various areas of knowledge, and this stimulation can only be done through language. Linguists and sociologists believe that research into language is research into man himself, which testifies to the importance of language and its role in the development of human societies. The closer the language is, the more it is able to sustain civilization, and the more a nation's civilization develops, the more its needs and conveniences for life increase, the more its thinking improves and the more its psychological tendencies are refined, the more its language develops. For all this, it is necessary to preserve the integrity of the Arabic language and develop it to adapt to changes and pave the way for the consolidation of the pillars of civilization.
