أزمة العقار وانعكاساتها على عزوف الشباب عن الزواج في المدينة الجزائرية

الملخص
تسعى هده الدراسة الى التطرق لأحد المشاكل الأساسية في المجتمع الحضري وهي أزمة العقار الحضري بما يتضمنه من عقار سكني أو تجاري خدماتي، الأمر الذي انعكس سلبا على الشباب الجزائري وبخاصة في المدينة، أين تعد الفردية والاستقلالية المادية والسكنية من أهم الخصائص التي تميز المجتمعات المدينية، حيث أفضت الى خلق الثنائية التي تمثل أبعاد الهامشية الحضرية... ألا وهي الحرمان من العمل والسكن... وبالتالي عزوف شبابنا على الزواج والاستقرار النفسي والعاطفي مما يؤدي الى خلق العديد من المشكلات المرضية التي نزداد كلما ارتفعت نسبة العزوبية لدى الشباب وسوف نستعرض في بحثنا هذه الى أسباب هذه الأزمة العقارية وانعكاساتها على الشباب من حيث عزوفهم عن الزواج في مدينة بسكرة كمجتمع بحثي يمكننا من خلاله طرح الأفكار والتصورات عبر الدراسة الميدانية لمجموعة من الشباب البطال والعزاب من مختلف المستويات التعليمية ومحاولة استنباط أهم العراقيل والمسببات... واقتراح الحلول الممكنة أو التوصيات انطلاقا من المعطيات الميدانية. This study seeks to address one of the basic problems in urban society, which is the urban real estate crisis, including residential or commercial real estate and services, which has had a negative impact on Algerian youth, especially in the city, where individualism and financial and residential independence are among the most important characteristics that distinguish urban societies. It led to the creation of a duality that represents the dimensions of urban marginality... namely, deprivation of work and housing... and thus the reluctance of our youth towards marriage and psychological and emotional stability, which leads to the creation of many pathological problems that increase as the rate of singleness among young people increases. In our research, we will review the causes of this real estate crisis and its repercussions on young people in terms of their reluctance to marry in the city of Biskra as a research community through which we can present ideas and perceptions through a field study of a group of unemployed and single young people from different educational levels and try to deduce the most important obstacles and causes... and suggest Possible solutions or recommendations based on field data.
