The Jurisdiction Of The Administrative Judiciary In The Field Of Disputes Related To The Decisions Of The Real Estate Governor

Abstract
Due to the fact that real estate disputes are many and varied, our study will be limited to those disputes related to the decisions of the real estate governor, the latter who performs a number of actions and actions authorized to him according to special texts, including those related to the issue of real estate registration, and some of them related to the process of deposit, procedure and signing of the real estate book as essential operations Complementary to the real estate survey system. And since these decisions are issued by a public institution represented by the real estate governorate (administration), it accepts appeals before the administrative court - in application of the organic standard - by initiating an annulment lawsuit aimed at canceling the real estate governor's decisions that violate the principle of legality, or claiming compensation for the serious mistakes that befall the injured. This is according to the compensation claim (recourse claim).
