الملخص
نبحث في هذه الدراسة حول موضوع الاستراتيجية الأمنية المتّبعة من طرف الكيان الصهيوني في أهم أقاليم القارة الإفريقية وهي القرن الإفريقي، إذ أصبحت النزاعات الإقليمية داخل القارة مشهدا أمنيّا تسيطر عليه مختلف الأطراف الداخلية و الدولية، ويزداد التنافس بين القوى الكبرى للسيطرة على نفوذها، وقد كانت إسرائيل من بين الأطراف التي وجّهت سياستها الخارجية وأدواتها العسكرية لتحقيق أهدافها في القرن الإفريقي، وعليه فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تحديد دوافعه من وراء هذه الإستراتيجية وتحديد الأهمية الجيوستراتيجية للقرن الإفريقي بالنسبة للأطماع التوسّعية لهذا الكيان. This study examines the issue of the The security strategy pursued by the "Zionist entity" in the most important regions on the African continent, which is the Horn of Africa. As regional conflicts within the continent have become a security landscape controlled by various internal and international parties, and competition is increasing between regional and major powers to control their sphere of influence, Israel has been among the parties that directed its foreign policy and military tools to achieve its goals in the Horn of Africa, and accordingly this study It aims to determine Israel's motives behind this strategy and Determining the geostrategic significance of the African Horn concerning the expansionist ambitions of this entity.
