فونولوجيا الأصوات العربيّة عند اللّغوييّن _ المصطلحات والوظائف_

الملخص
إنّ طبيعة الأنظمة الصّوتيّة لكلّ لغة تتطلّب قواعد نظريّة وشروط منهجيّة تقوم أساساً على مبدأ التّمايز بين اللّغات؛ وذلك من خلال تحليل الأنساق الصّوتيّة ممثّلة في تدقيق مخارجها، ووسم صفاتها، وملامح بنياتها، وكمّيات مقاطعها، وشدّة وثقل وزمن وكثافة أصواتها وصوائتها. كما ينبغي النّظر في ترتيب تلك العناصر الصّوتيّة، والالتفات لعلاقة التأّثر والتّأثير الصّوتيّ، وذلك من خلال مستويين متكاملين هما: الفونيتيكيّ والفونولوجيّ. واللّغة العربيّة تقوم كذلك على كلّ ما سبق ذكره وغيره كثير ممّا ستوضّحه هذه المداخلة؛ وذلك لما تتميّز بها من خصوصيّات تركيبيّة، وملامح صوتيّة تتفرّد بها، وتنفرد بها عن غيرها من اللّغات، فلكلّ ملمح صوتيّ تحديد فيزيولوجيّ نطقيّ وسمعيّ، وتحديد فيزيائيّ وأكوستيكيّ، وملامح تتّضح من خلال وظائفها. وإنّ محاولات استكشاف الدّرس الصّوتيّ العربيّ، وتنظيم مباحثه ومواضيعه يتطلّب وضع إطار نظريّ محدّد؛ لكنّه غير موحّد؛ لأنّه ليس من السّهل وضع مرتكزات واحدة كونه علما وزّعت موضوعاته وقضاياه الكبرى وتفريعاته في ثنايا علوم كثيرة ومتنوّعة، وأنظمة معرفيّة متمايزة، ومن بين تلك العلوم: النّحو والصّرف والمعجم والدّلالة والفلسفة وعلم الكلام وعلم القراءات وغيرها. وانطلاقًا ممّا سبق ذكره، سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثيّة ضبط ما قدّمته الدّراسات الصّوتيّة من مصطلحات وما تؤدّيه من وظائف بين ما تمّ تحليله من ظواهر صوتيّة لأصوات العربيّة، وما تمّ وصفه واعتماده من إجراءات عند اللّغوييّن. The nature of the sound systems of each language requires theoretical rules and methodological conditions based mainly on the principle of differentiation between languages; through the analysis of sound formats represented by checking their outputs, marking their qualities, features of their structures, quantities of syllables, intensity, weight, time and intensity of their sounds and sound. It is also necessary to consider the arrangement of these sound elements, paying attention to the relationship of influence and sound effect, through two integrated levels: phonetic and phonological. The Arabic language is also based on all of the above and many other things that this intervention will explain, because of its structural characteristics, unique sound features, and unique from other languages, each sound feature has a speech and auditory physiological identification, physical and acoustic identification, and features that are evident through its functions. Attempts to explore the Arabic phonetic lesson and organize its discussions and topics require the development of a specific theoretical framework, but it is not unified, because it is not easy to put a single foundation, being a science whose major topics and issues and its branches have been distributed in the folds of many and diverse Sciences, and distinct cognitive systems, among those Sciences: grammar, morphology, lexicon, semantics, philosophy, speech science, readings science and others. Proceeding from the above, in this research paper we will try to adjust the terms provided by phonological studies and the functions they perform between the analyzed phonetic phenomena of the sounds of Arabic, and the procedures described and adopted by linguists.
