الملخص
هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على بعض الأمثلة في نقد الآراء الفقهية الشاذة التي عجت بها مصنفات شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية -رحمه الله- من خلال الوقوف على بعض المسائل الشاذة التي انتقدها نقد العالم المتبصر والمتبحر، وذلك من خلال طريقته المعروفة ومنهجه المشتهر بالاستقراء التام للمسائل، والقواعد العلمية الرصينة التي سار عليها، وسيكون بحثي هذا متجهًا إلى بعض المسائل في أبواب العبادات حصرًا. وقد استقام هذا البحث من خلال ثلاثة جوانب: الأول: مفهوم النقد لغة واصطلاحًا، والثاني: مفهوم الرأي الشاذ لغة واصطلاحًا، والثالث: الأمثلة على الآراء الفقهية الشاذة عند ابن تيمية -أبواب العبادات أنموذجًا-. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثان والتي تمثل خلاصة البحث ومحلها وإن كان في آخر البحث إلا أن قدمناها كاشفان لما خلصنا إليه؛ أن طريقة شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية حينما يحكم على مسألة بالشذوذ فإنه لا يطيل الكلام حولها، ولا يتجشم عناء الرد؛ وذلك لكون المسألة الشاذة من حيث الأصل عنده لا تستحق الإطالة، لمصادمتها الدليل الصحيح، أو الإجماع الصريح، فكأنه لا يرى حاجة إلى التطويل في مناقشة القول الشاذ لكونه لا يستقر على شيء ابتداء وانتهاء، بخلاف المسائل التي يقوى فيها الخلاف فإنه مما اشتهر به إطالة النفس في نقدها. This research includes some examples of criticism of abnormal jurisprudential opinions in the works of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah by presenting some of the abnormal issues that he criticized, through his method known as extrapolation of issues, and this research will be directed to some issues in the chapters of worship exclusively. Through three aspects: The first: the concept of criticism linguistically and idiomatically. The second: the concept of abnormal opinion linguistically and idiomatically. And the third: examples of abnormal jurisprudential opinions of Ibn Taymiyyah - the chapters on acts of worship as a model -. One of the most important findings of the two researchers is that the method of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah when he judges an issue as anomaly, he does not lengthen the discussion about it, because the issue that is anomalous in terms of its origin does not deserve prolongation, because it contradicts the evidence, or the consensus, as if he does not see the need for lengthy discussion. The anomalous saying because it never settles on anything, other than the issues in which the disagreement is strong, so it is prolonged in its criticism.
