الملخص
تناولت في هذه الدراسة وثيقة بيع صادرة عن المحكمة المالكية بالجزائر إبان العهد العثماني، ومؤرخة بعام 1179 هـ/1766 م، كُتبت توثيقا لبيع جنة بأحد فحوص مدينة الجزائر خارج باب الجديد، وقد حاولت إبراز القيمة التاريخية والعلمية لهذه الوثيقة، التي تعكس مظاهر الحياة العمرانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للجزائر في العهد العثماني، وكذا عناية محاكم هذا العصر بتوثيق العقود والمعاملات، سالكا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من حيث شكل الوثيقة ومضمونها. The article deals with a sale contract notarized by the Maliki Court in Algeria during the Ottoman era and dated to the year 1179 AH/1766 AD It was written down as a statement for a swap documation of a garden in one of the big cities of Algeria outside THE NEW DOOR BAB DJDID And I have tried to highlight the historical and scientific value of this document, which reflects aspects of the urban, social and economic life of Algeria in the Ottoman era As well as demonstrating the extent to which the courts of this era pay attention to documenting contracts and transactions, adopting the descriptive and analytical approach in terms of the form and content of the document
