تنمية القطاع الفلاحي عبر المقاولاتية الفلاحية بالجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية القطاع الفلاحي من خلال مؤسسات ذات طابع مقاولاتي ضمن مساهمة متأتية من حاضنات للأعمال، بعد عرض معطيات الواقع الفلاحي وتحليلها تم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها وجوب الاهتمام بالمقاولاتية الفلاحية ضمن حاضنات الأعمال التي لها علاقة بالقطاع الفلاحي بغية تحسين هيكل القطاع الزراعي وترقيته، بما يؤدي إلى استغلال رشيد للموارد وإدراج الأساليب النظيفة في النشاطات الزراعية لزيادة الإنتاج الزراعي ورفع إنتاجيته وبذلك يتحقق التنوع الفلاحي والاقتصادي. للإحاطة بمختلف جوانب موضوعنا، ارتأينا أن نلم ببعض قضايا الفلاحية وفق سياقها لغرض فهم الدعم للجهات المرشحة بالاضطلاع بدور محرك التنمية الفلاحية. ركزنا على مفاهيم حاضنات الأعمال وتشخيص حالتها بالجزائر، بهدف تحديد السبل الكفيلة لتوجيه الجهود لترقيتها، مع استشراف الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه تنامي المقاولات الفلاحية غير المؤسسات الصغيرة في سد الثغرات This intervention aims to shed light on the importance of the agricultural sector through institutions of an entrepreneurial nature within the contribution of business incubators. After presenting and analyzing the agricultural reality data, a conclusion was reached that attention must be given to agricultural entrepreneurship within business incubators that have a relationship with the agricultural sector in order to improve the structure of the sector. Agriculture and its promotion, which leads to rational exploitation of resources and the inclusion of clean methods in agricultural activities to increase agricultural production and raise its productivity, thus achieving agricultural and economic diversification. To cover the various aspects of our topic, we decided to understand some agricultural issues according to their context for the purpose of understanding support for the parties nominated to play the role of the engine of agricultural development. We focused on the concepts of business incubators and diagnosing their situation in Algeria, with the aim of identifying ways to direct efforts to upgrade them, while anticipating the role that the growth of agricultural enterprises other than small enterprises can play in filling the gaps.
