Abstract

The importance of citizenship appears as it and human rights are two sides of the same coin. Citizenship, being a collective life based on legislative, political, cultural, and human bonds, and a framework through which political, economic, social, and cultural rights necessary for equality and justice are realized, can only become effective and constructive through its application.
