حماية الأطفال من الإستغلال الجنسي عبر الأنترنيت

الملخص

أدى التطور التكنولوجي إلى ظهور شبكة الإنترنت ، والتي أصبحت فضاء لممارسة أنواع مختلفة من الجرائم ، مثل القرصنة ،الهجمات على أنظمة المعلومات،الجرائم المتعلقة بالأخلاق و الآداب العامة …إلخ، حيث انتشرت مواقع الويب التي تروج للجنس كما تنشر صورًا جنسية حقيقية أو بالمحاكاة للأطفال. و لأنها تهدد معظم فئات المجتمع وتحديداً الأطفال، سنحاول تسليط الضوء على الحماية التي منحها لهم المشرع الجزائري في قانون العقوبات، لمواجهة الخطر الذي قد يتعرضون له، خاصة إذا إستخدم مرتكبوها التكنولوجيات الحديثة في جرائمهم. Technological development has led to the emergence of the Internet, which has become a space for practicing various types of crimes, such as piracy, attacks on information systems, crimes related to morals and public morals…etc, as websites that promote sex have spread. And also publish real or simulated sexual images of children. Because it threatens most groups of society,especially children, we will try to shed light on the protection granted to them by the algerian legislator in the penal code, to confront the danger to which they may be exposed, especially if the perpetrators use modern technologies in their crimes
