الملخص
في هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـــ: المسؤولية الأخلاقية لممارسة مهنة الصحافة الاستقصائية في ضوء مواثيق الشرف الدولية نهدف للتعرف على واقع المسؤولية الأخلاقية لمهنة الصحافة الاستقصائية ومن خلالها تم التعرف ما نصت عليها المواثيق الدولية للصحافة الاستقصائية هي التقيد بمبادئ المسؤولية الأخلاقية في ممارسة حريتها واتباعها لسلوك أخلاقي ومهني نابع من الضمير الأخلاقي والإنساني، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن المسؤولية الأخلاقية لممارسة مهنة الصحافة الاستقصائية تمثلت في السرية المهنية فيما يخص مصادر المعلومات والحفاظ على سريتها، وإمكانية استعمال الصحفي الاستقصائي وسائل مرخصة للوصول إلى المعلومات الدقيقة أو الوثائق الرسمية أو المستندات الهامة، وعدم وقوعه في المخاطر التي قد تتسبب في التمييز والتفرقة والفتنة، وغيرها من المبادئ في ظل مواثيق الشرف الدولية للصحفيين. In this study marked "Moral Responsibility for the Practice of Investigative Journalism in the Light of International Covenants of Honour", we aim to learn about the realities of moral responsibility of the investigative journalism profession, through which what is stipulated in the International Instruments of Investigative Journalism is adherence to the principles of moral responsibility in the exercise of their freedom and ethical and professional conduct emanating from the moral and human conscience. and concluded that the ethical responsibility for the exercise of the investigative journalism profession was professional confidentiality regarding sources of information and the preservation of confidentiality, The possibility of an investigative journalist using licensed means of accessing accurate information, official documents or important documents and that it does not fall into the risk of discrimination, segregation, sedition and other principles under the International Journalists' Covenants of Honour.
