The Extent To Which Students Of Physical Education And Sports Institutes Are Interested In Entering The World Of Sports Entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent of interest of students who study in institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities, and to study the possibility of their access to the labor world of entrepreneurship, and to identify the difficulties and obstacles to their realization on the ground in establishing sports investment institutions, and the research sample included 40 students, we relied on the descriptive, where the questionnaire was a tool for applying this study, the following results were reached: Most of the students have an interest in establishing an investment, and they do not have the ability to embody sports projects . الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إهتمام طلبة معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية ولوجهم سوق الشغل وعالم المقاولاتية، والتعرف على الصعوبات ومعوقات تجسيدها على أرض الواقع بإنشاء مؤسسات رياضية استثمارية خاصة، واشتملت عينة البحث على 40 طالب تربية بدنية اختيروا بطريقة مقصودة، واعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث كان الاستبيان أداة لتطبيق هذه الدراسة، وبعد اجراء عملية القياس والمعالجة الاحصائية، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أن جل الطلبة لديهم اهتمام بإنشاء مؤسسة استثمارية و ولوج عالم المقاولاتية الرياضية لكن يبقى التخوف من كل التحديات والصعوبات والعراقيل التي تعيق نجاحهم، لعدم اهتمام الدولة بها وعدم اعطاء ضمانات لهم خاصة وأنها تمر بمرحلة صعبة، وليست لديهم القدرة على تجسيد مشاريع رياضية على أرض الواقع.
