ميثاق الصومام 1956م ، وتصورة للدولة الجزائرية المستقلة .

الملخص
قدمت الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية من خلال ميثاق الصومام 1956م ، تصوراً مُجملاً للدولة الجزائرية المستقلة ، كان يحتاج قبل استرجاع الاستقلال أو بعده إلى شرح وتفصيل . فالثورة التحريرية لم تكن تسعى لاسترجاع الاستقلال والحرية والسيادة الوطنية وفقط ، وإنما كانت تفكر فيما بعد الاستقلال ، لذلك قدمت في ميثاق الصومام 1956م وغيره من مواثيق الثورة ونصوصها ، تصورا للدولة الجزائرية المستقبلية . وتمثل هذا التصور في تبيان طبيعة وشكل الدولة الجزائرية المزمع بناؤها بعد استرجاع الاستقلال بالإضافة إلى شكلها وأسسها ومبادئها . وعليه، يسعى هذا المقال تبيان وتقديم تصور ميثاق الصومام 1956م للدولة الجزائرية المستقلة . The Algerian liberation revolution, through the Soumam Charter 1956, presented a Brief vision of the independent Algerian state, which needed explanation and detail before or after regaining independence. The liberation revolution was not only seeking to regain independence, freedom, and national sovereignty, but it was thinking about what came after independence, so it presented, in the Soumam Charter 1956 and other charters and texts of the revolution, a vision of the future Algerian state. This vision represented a clarification of the nature and form of the Algerian state to be built after regaining independence, in addition to its form, foundations and principles. Accordingly, this article seeks to clarify and present the vision of the Soumam Charter 1956 for the independent Algerian state.
