التنظير غير الغربي للعلاقات الدولية في ظل هيمنة غربية: التنظير الصيني

الملخص
يستكشف هذا المقال المشهد الديناميكي في حقل التنظير للعلاقات الدولية، وذلك بالتركيز على التحدي الذي تمثله الطروحات النظرية غير الغربية وفي مقدمتها الصينية للهيمنة الغربية ولا سيما دور الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في تشكيل خطاب العلاقات الدولية، فمع تحول القوة في النظام الدولي وصعود قوى غير غربية مثل الصين وروسيا والهند والبرازيل يبرز دافع متزايد لتطوير نظريات جديدة، ويعتبر صعود الصين أبرز هذه التحولات كونه يدفع الباحثين إلى التعمق في الخطاب الأكاديمي النظري الصيني لفهم رؤيتها للسياسة العالمية. وعليه تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة إشكالية التحدي الذي يمثله التنظير غير الغربي وخاصة التنظير الصيني للهيمنة الغربية في مجال العلاقات الدولية. This article explores the dynamic scene in the field of international relations theorizing, by focusing on the challenge posed by non-Western theoretical proposals, most notably Chinese, to Western hegemony, especially the role of the United States of America in shaping the discourse of international relations, with the shift of power in the international system and the rise of non-Western powers such as China. In Russia, India, and Brazil, there is an increasing motivation to develop new theories, and the rise of China is considered the most prominent of these transformations, as it pushes researchers to delve deeper into Chinese academic theoretical discourse to understand its vision of global politics. Accordingly, the research paper aims to address the problem of the challenge posed by non-Western theorizing, especially Chinese theorizing, to Western hegemony in the field of international relations.
