الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى تأثير استخدامات الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية المحلية، بحيث ركز هذا البحث على الخدمات الرقمية التي تقدمها الجماعات المحلية - ولاية بومرداس كأنموذج،كون الجماعات المحلية هي الأقرب إلى المواطن و يتردد إليها بكثرة لأنها تعمل على التكفل بانشغالاته و احتياجاته.، ولتحقيق الهدف أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من المواطنين الجزائريين المترددين على مستوى مقر الولاية محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى عينة من الموظفين العموميين المستخدمين للتطبيقات الرقمية و كذا مسؤوليهم و ذلك باستخدام المقابلات كأداة رئيسية للبحث، و تم تحليل و معالجة البيانات باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للمعطيات المتحصل عليها This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact use of digitization in improving the quality of local public services, so that this research focused on the digital services provided by local communities - Wilaya of Boumerdes as a model, as local communities are the closest to the citizen and are frequented a lot because they work to take care of his concerns and needs. To achieve the objective, the study was conducted on a random sample of Algerian citizens who are frequented to the place at the level of Wilaya under study, in addition to a sample of public officials who use digital applications, as well as their officials, using interviews as the main research tool. the analysis and processing of the data was carried out using the descriptive analytical method of the data obtained. The results of this study revealed that there is a direct impact relationship between the digitization of Public Administration and improving the quality of services provided by local communities in Algeria.
