التنمية المستدامة: الأبعاد والمؤشرات

الملخص
هناك العديد من المسائل التي أضحت محل اهتمام بالغ من قبل الباحثين أفرادا ومؤسسات، ومن أبرزها التنمية وما تلاها من مفاهيم أكثر تحديدا كالتنمية المستدامة، وتأتي هذه الورقة في سياق تناول هذه المسألة –بطرح علمي- من خلال ضبط الإطار التاريخي لظهور هذا المصطلح ثم محاولات الخروج بتعريف نهائي له مرورا بتبيان خصائصها ومؤشرات قياسها وصولا إلى أبعادها المختلفة. There are many issues that have become of great interest to researchers, individuals and institutions, the most prominent of which is development and its subsequent more specific concepts, such as sustainable development. This paper comes in the context of addressing this issue - with a scientific proposal - by setting the historical framework for the emergence of this term and then attempts to come out. With a final definition of it, through an explanation of its characteristics and measurement indicators, reaching its various dimensions.
