Since the 1970s, co-production has been a focal point for both academics and practitioners within the public sector. It has gained more attention and been used in various contexts in recent years, especially in response to the COVID-19 crisis that the world has faced in recent times. The purpose of this study is to discover how well co-production works for providing public services. According to the study, if co-production is implemented in environments that are conducive to its success-that is, in a political, legal, administrative, social, economic, and cultural framework that promotes individual participation-it can significantly improve the efficacy and caliber of public services.
