المخطوطات الجزائرية بين جدلية الرقمنة وحفظ التراث الثقافي

الملخص
ملخص يعد المخطوط الجزائري أهم تراث مادي مكتوب، فهو التراث الإنساني الوحيد الذي قاوم عوامل الزمن وبقى محفوظا، والواقع أن هذا التراث أصبح يتخبط في مشكلات لاحصر لها، نتيجة إمتداده على مساحة جغرافية واسعة تجاوزت حدود الوطن، وفي ظل غياب التعاون والتنسيق بين المراكز المتخصصة للمخطوطات، أصبح الجزء الكبير من هذا التراث لايخضع للخطط الرامية إلى حصره وتوثيقه والتعريف به . فكان حفظ الأصول للأجيال القادمة أحد أهم التحديات التي تواجه مراكز المخطوطات، ومع التطورات العميقة والشاملة في مجال التكنولوجيا والمعلومات والاتصالات التي عرفها العالم ، بدأت تظهر العديد من الأطراف التي تطالب برقمنة المخطوط لما يمكن أن يحدثه إدخال التكنولوجيا الجديدة على هذا القطاع من تغيرات في طريقة التكفل بالمخطوط ومعالجته وإيجاد حل للحفاظ عليه من التلف والضياع. Abstract Algerian manuscripts between the dialectic of digitization and the preservation of Algerian cultural heritage The Algerian manuscript is considered the most important material written heritage but perhaps it is the only human heritage that has resisted the factors of time and remained preserved In the absence of cooperation and coordination between specialized centers for manuscripts a large part of this heritage is not subject to plans aimed at inventorying documenting and introducing it. Preserving the originals for future. generations was one of the most important challenges facing manuscript centers And with the deep and comprehensive developments in the field of technology information and communication that the world has known many parties have begun to appear that are calling for the digitization of manuscripts because the introduction of new technology in this sector can bring about changes in the way manuscripts are taken care of and treated and finding a solution to preserve them from damage and loss.
