الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لتبيان أثر الطلب السياحي على تحفيز التشغيل في الجزائر، من خلال رصد العلاقة بين الطلب السياحي ومعدلات البطالة وتوضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيري الدراسة اعتمادا على E.views 10 اختبار تحليل التكامل المشترك متبوعا باختبار غرانجر للسببية لتبيان العلاقة طويلة المدى بين متغيري الدراسة معتمدين على مخرجات برنامج توصلت الدراسة لغياب علاقة طويلة المدى ولا قصيرة المدى بين متغيري الدراسة ما يعكس ضعف توافد السياح للجزائر نتيجة لغياب توجه حقيقي لتبني استراتيجية تنموية سياحية في البلاد الكلمات المفتاحية:الطلب السياحي؛ معدلات البطالة؛ التكامل المشترك Z3,J64,C33: jelرموز *** Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the impact of tourist demand on stimulating employment in Algeria by examining the relationship between tourist demand and unemployment rates. It also seeks to clarify the nature of the relationship between the study variables using the co-integration analysis followed by the Granger causality test to establish the long-term relationship between the study variables, relying on the outputs of the Eviews 10 software. The study found an absence of both long-term and short-term relationships between the study variables, reflecting a lack of substantial tourist influx into Algeria due to the absence of a genuine commitment to adopting a development al tourism strategy in the country.
