عوامل تغيّر مكانة المرأة في الأسرة الجزائريّة Factor That Change The Statuts Of The Women In The Algerian Family

الملخص
إنّ التّغيّرات التي مست المجتمع الجزائري ثقافيا ، اقتصاديّا ، سياسيّا و اجتماعيّا ،قد مسّت و بشكل كبير الأسرة نواة المجتمع و أساس، و التي عرفت تغيّرات في نمطها و تقلص في وظائفها نتيجة عوامل التّصنيع و التّحضّر و غيره ، فالتّغيّر الّذي مسّ الأسرة وظيفيا قد مسّ كذلك دور و مكانة كل فرد داخلها ، خصوصا المرأة، الّتي لطالما اعتبرت في المجتمع الجزائري- المجتمع الذكوري- أنّها ذات مكانة و دور محدّدين لها مسبقا وفق طبيعتها البيولوجيّة و معايير و عادات و تقاليد المجتمع الجزائري ، إلاّ أنّ عاملي التّعليم و العمل قد ساهما و بشكل ملفت في تغيير هذه المكانة و تحديد معالم مكانة جديدة للمرأة داخل الأسرة الجزائريّة و المجتمع الجزائري ككلّ. Abstract: The changes that affected the algerian society, cultullary, economically, politically and socially , have touched a great deal to the family, the core and foundation of society , which has known changes in its pattern and a decrease in its functions as result of industrilization , urbanization,and other factors .likewise, the role and status of each individual within her , especially the women, who has always been considered in algerian society –the male community-to have a pretermined position and role according to her biological nature and the standards, customs and traditions of algerian society , but the education and work factors have contributed and significantly,in changing this status and defining the features of a new position for women within the algerian society as a whole.
