التوازن بين عمل المرأة وحياة الأسرة: تأثيراته وتحدياته على تنشئة الأبناء

الملخص
يعتبر تحقيق التوازن بين عمل المرأة وحياة الأسرة قضية مهمة في المجتمعات الحديثة. فمع زيادة مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل وتحقيقها للتقدم المهني، تبرز تحديات وآثار هذا التوازن من عدمه على التنشئة الاجتماعية للأبناء، وتعد الأمهات العاملات مثالاً حياً لتحقيق التوازن بين متطلبات العمل واحتياجاتها الخاصة وأسرتها؛ ومع ذلك فإن تحقيق هذا التوازن ليس سهلاً، لأنهن يواجهن تحديات عديدة، مثل نقص توافر الدعم الاجتماعي، وتوفر الخدمات الحضانة والرعاية الصحية، ومرونة العمل، وتحديات التفاعل مع الشريك وتوزيع المسؤوليات المنزلية. ممّا قد يؤثر على إحداث التوازن بين عمل المرأة وحياتها الخاصة والأسرية، وزيادة مستوى التوتر والإرهاق لدى الأمهات، وعلى جودة العلاقات الاجتماعية العائلية والتواصل بين أفراد الأسرة وغيرهم في الفضاء العام. Balancing women's work and family life is an important issue in modern societies. As women’s participation in the labor market increases and they achieve professional advancement, the challenges and effects of this balance or lack thereof on the socialization of children become apparent. Working mothers are a living example of achieving a balance between the requirements of work and the needs of themselves and their families. However, achieving this balance is not easy, because they face many challenges, such as the lack of social support, the availability of daycare and health care services, work flexibility, challenges of interacting with a partner and the distribution of household responsibilities. Which may affect the balance between women’s work and their private and family lives, increase the level of stress and exhaustion among mothers, and affect the quality of family social relationships and communication between family members and others in the public space.
